To start the trick you have to run at a reasonable speed. Not too fast, not too slow, just a little faster than a normal jog. You will have to bend after picking up speed and touch the ground with both of your hands at almost the same time but be careful, you have to do this with your hand muscles flexed as more than four times your body's weight will press down on them during the jump. Your feet are also used while performing the jump, as they have to push into the ground at the same time (to push your lower body and around itself). Remember to place your hands close to one another and allow for some travel (bend them to your elbows a little) so that you can push into the ground a bit as well.

The second part of the trick is a little difficult, but if you follow our "How to do a round off back tuck" guide, you will have no problems. After you pressed into the ground with your hands, turn your entire body at a 180 degree angle from your initial position. You can turn either way, but you have to do this because it is a strict requirement of the trick.

Land carefully and after the landing, so that it is a little softer, you can perform a little jump at the end (also adds a little style to the trick). It will save your ankles from a rough landing and will finish the trick with style.
